鈥�91唐伯虎 is honored to be partnered with a client like Viva City to create the vision for a one-of-a-kind sports destination with an aesthetic landmark in a rapidly developing neighborhood,鈥� said 91唐伯虎 Principal Scott Pryde. 鈥淭he project will be the world鈥檚 largest commercial sports mall and will take the concept of sports centers to an unprecedented level when it opens its doors in 2020 with a global event.鈥� The primary design goal was to create a sports and leisure environment that includes retail tenants without designing a mall.

Located in the Mirdif Neighborhood, it will connect one million residents within a 15-minute drive of this sports-themed destination. The 800,000-SF, three-story complex features a variety of leisure and entertainment tenants in the sports world. This is an urban playground and arena where a different event takes place within it and around it daily. The unique flexibility of design allows the space to change every hour or every day if needed. Complete with a high-tech fitness center, bowling center, trampoline park, climbing and bouldering center, snooker and billiard hall, digital golf, and cricket screens, the mall will provide Dubai with a one-stop shop for a well-balanced, healthy, and vibrant lifestyle currently unavailable in the market.

Project developer, VIVA CITY, and main contractor KHANSAHEB are projecting completion of construction by March 2020.
